The spaceWelcome to your terrific down south holiday haven, completed in December 2019 and fitted out to exacting standards for your holiday pleasure.
The house features three well appointed bedrooms. The master has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, separate WC and two walk in robes. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and the third has two singles, these share a well-equipped bathroom and separate WC.
The main open plan living features a well equipped kitchen with stone benchtops, large dining table and relaxing TV area. There is also a snug and laundry area with a large washing machine and dryer. The house is air-conditioned and has WiFi. Netflix is complimentary.
Outside it’s all about relaxation and entertainment. The sheltered, private gardens are very useable in all weathers with synthetic lawns, tasteful planting and a tropical style fan above the dining setting. There’s a weber BBQ, an outdoor dining area and outdoor lounge suite. Off-street parking is available for three cars (or two cars and a boat – the popular Quindalup boat ramp is a five minute drive away) and there is a locked garage where you can park if preferred
Additional notesThere is a Telsa electric vehicle charger in the garage that guests are most welcome to use. (Charge rate 32 amp, single phase with type 2 end.)

Neighborhood overviewEnjoy a great location, just a short stroll to the famous Simmos Ice Creamery, the Cure coffee shop, the Beauty Bar Dunsborough, The Soap Factory and Dunsborough Gym. It’s a five minute level cycle ride to the beach or the Dunsborough Lakes championship golf course and a ten minute cycle into town. Of course, Cape Naturaliste and the rest of the Margaret River region’s myriad of attractions are just a short car ride away.
