The house has three bedrooms, two with queen beds and another bedroom with two single beds. The 3rd bedroom with the two single beds is accessed via the 2nd bedroom.
The new kitchen has Bosch appliances including an induction stove, large electric oven and dishwasher. The dining room adjoins the kitchen and living area, forming an easy style open living area.

The location really is as good as it gets. About 4 houses back from the beach, the house is very close to a great little bay for children and then only a few minutes walk to the Old Dunsborough Beach. There under shady trees, you'll find a boat ramp, playground, coffee van and bbq’s on the lawns. )Getting around
Adjoining the Old Dunsborough Beach is the Meelup National Park, with walks along the coast to Castle Rock, Meelup and beyond to Eagle Bay.
The Dunsborough Country Club is a short walk away and has golf and tennis facilities. A 10 minute walk, or couple of minutes drive and you'll be Dunsborough town centre which has all the shopping and dining options you could require.
You can get most places by simply walking or riding your bike.
